The amenities in our room were top-notch, including a jacuzzi, air conditioning, and a balcony with a stunning view. We were also impressed with the dining options available, especially the Mexican restaurant. this place exceeded our expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Front of house staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The food was disgusting, Usually cold, unseasoned. I will never go there again.

The rooms are old. Need update. Noise from the hotels next door air conditioners. Bedding out of date. Patio doors didnot work in the first room . Tile on floors and showers were cracked, broken, missing. Air conditioners were noisey. TVs were old and didnt work well.

I recently stayed at a hidden gem for my sister's birthday and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by the staff. Despite lacking some modern amenities, the location was convenient with easy access to transportation. The friendly staff at the Mexican restaurant, Roman, Amizael, and David, made us feel welcome. The front desk staff, including Miguel, Alfredo, and Eric at Fussion, went above and beyond to make my sister's birthday celebration extra special. The activities staff, Uriel and Alejandro, ensured that guests were entertained. The pool was a good size and not crowded, with a bar nearby. The bartenders at the poolside, as well as the guy making pizzas, were amazing. The addition of tacos on the beach was a sweet touch. my sister and I had a great time and the food was decent.

The hotel was a great place for a business trip. The location was key, being close to the beach and a short distance from local shopping. The staff were always eager to help and very accommodating. Two complementary facts offered were a welcome drink upon arrival and a shuttle service to other locations. The pool was a great place to relax and get some sun.

The beds were a bit hard and could use some updating. Also, the Wi-Fi was spotty and slow.
